At Real Computers, we hold ourselves to a higher expectation of customer satisfaction. We enjoy working on computers. Fixing computers is easy for us and we pass on the savings to you.
All diagnostics are free so that by the time you even consider paying for any repairs you will already know what the problem is and how much it will cost to solve. We offer this service to make sure that you as a customer are fully informed before you spend any money.
The following services are free: Diagnostics, troubleshooting (over the phone, e-mail or in person), as well as any computer repairs that do not require your computer to be taken apart or that the operating system be reinstalled.
Repairs that do not require replacement parts can usually be completed within 6 hours. All repairs that do not require replacement parts can be completed within 24 hours.
Basic Services
$20 — Physical cleaning - clearing dust, cleaning the fans, reapply thermal paste if needed - for computers that overheat or simply are too loud or dusty, ($80 for laptops)
$100 — Complete System Restoration - repairs all non physical problems such as boot failure, serious errors, corrupt OS - after this process the computer will be in its cleanest and fastest possible state. All data will be backed up/recovered. System Restoration fee will be waived if a Software & labor Warranty is purchased. All restored desktops will be cleaned for dust during a system restoration.
Data backup/recovery
Data backup/recovery is included as part of a system restoration. If recovery is unsuccessful there is no charge.
Computer Design Service
Real Computers will build a computer for any price. The customer can decide how much they want to spend on a computer and have the best possible machine built for the amount they want to spend. Each and every design is 100% customizable. All Real Computers systems come with a 1-year software and labor warranty.
If you want to get a good computer for cheaper, Real Computers will take your old computer and re-use any of the usable parts from that machine to build a new one. Only parts that do not affect performance would be reused like the case, power supply, CD drives and sometimes hard drives. Typically saves at least $100

Software & Labor Warranties
1-year software & labor warranty - $150
2-year software & labor warranty - $230
3-year software & labor warranty - $300
Software warranties cover repairs on anything that goes wrong with your operating system for the duration of the warranty. A software and labor warranty includes the following services : system tune up, data backup, data recovery, virus removal, boot failure, file corruption repair, and complete system restoration. Once under warranty users may have the listed services performed at any point in time as many times as needed. If a hardware issue occurs users will only be charged for the replacement part(s) unless the issue is a heating/cooling issue in which case the user may have the issue repaired at half price. Systems being taken under warranty will be inspected to check for any existing problems at the start of the warranty. Any software problems found will be resolved at no additional cost.
Terms/Conditions: A Real Computers computer can not be physically opened without the consent, supervision, or by a Real Computers technician during the duration of the warranty. Such procedures can take place at no addition charge under warranty.
